AI-Powered Connection Insights is generally available

AI-Powered Connection Insights gives customers clearer visibility into the health of their active connections and helps them understand what failed and what to do next.

Why It Matters

• Customers can quickly identify whether a connection is Healthy or Unhealthy.

• Error visibility is easier because customers can review sync status details directly on the connection.

• AI-generated summaries help explain failures in plain language and point customers toward next steps.

• The feature supports a wide range of connection types, including UAR connections.

What’s New

• Active connections now display a Healthy or Unhealthy state.

• Customers can use the operational status filter to quickly find connections that need attention.

• The connection detail page now includes a Sync Status section on the Overview tab.

• Customers can generate an AI Summary when a connection has erroring sync steps.

• This release officially supports all MDM, IDP, Asset, Vulnerability, UAR and more.

Notes

• This feature is available in the New Experience only.

• Connection Insights is not retroactive.

• Health state and sync-step data do not update in real time, so customers should refresh the page to see the latest state.
