Generally Available: Questionnaire Lifecycle Management and Ready for Review

SafeBase Questionnaires now include status-based lifecycle views and a formal Ready for Review state to make ownership, progress, and handoffs much clearer.

Why It Matters

• Less digging: My Questionnaires gives each user a view of only the questionnaires and questions assigned to them.

• Better visibility: Teams can see questionnaires grouped by status, with counts and overdue work surfaced automatically.

• Clearer handoffs: Ready for Review now exists at both the questionnaire and question level, creating a real review stage between editing and completion.

• My Questionnaires, a personalized view of assigned work.

• All Questionnaires by Status, which groups the table by lifecycle stage and surfaces summary counts.
