Multi-HRIS is now available to all Drata customers, enabling organizations to connect and manage employee data across multiple HR systems at the same time. This update helps eliminate data gaps, reduce manual work, and ensure complete personnel coverage across complex HR environments.

  • Multiple HRIS connections: Sync personnel data from multiple HR systems simultaneously.

  • Unified personnel view: View all employees from every connected HRIS in one centralized Personnel page.

  • Comprehensive attribute syncing: Automatically sync key attributes like start dates, departments, titles, and employment status across all systems.

  • Flexible data prioritization: Select which HRIS should take precedence when duplicate employee records exist.

Notes

  • Workspace-level HRIS scoping is not supported; all connected HRIS platforms sync to all workspaces.
