Control Action Panel

This feature is available in the New Drata Experience.

We’ve introduced a new Control Action Panel that helps you quickly identify and resolve items impacting a control’s readiness — all without leaving the Control page.

Why It Matters

Managing control readiness previously required navigating across multiple tabs and sections to understand what was blocking progress. For teams responsible for reviewing and maintaining large numbers of controls, this created unnecessary friction and time-consuming workflows.

The new Action Panel centralizes readiness-blocking items in one place, making it easier to take corrective action quickly and efficiently.

What’s New

• Visibility into the total number of readiness issues per control.

• Issues organized by category: Monitoring Tests, Policies, Evidence, and Approval..

• Direct guidance and next steps within each section to resolve open items.

• Ability to address readiness-blocking issues without navigating across multiple pages.

With this update, users can move through controls more efficiently and see immediate progress as issues are resolved.
