Customer-Facing Evidence Viewer in Audit Hub

This feature is available in the New Drata Experience.

Evidence can now be viewed directly inside Drata using a built-in Document Viewer.

Why It Matters

Previously, customers had to:

• Download evidence files to review them.

• Leave the audit experience to view control attachments.

• Coordinate manually with auditors about specific files.

This added friction during active audits.

What’s New

• Open evidence directly within the Audit Hub.

• View evidence exactly as auditors see it and see all evidence attached to a requirement, including file name, DCF reference, and upload date.

• Link messages directly to specific controls or evidence.

• Navigate between controls and evidence without leaving the audit.
