Drata Support Team Just Got Easier To Access
From day one we have prioritized customer support and making the Drata platform as simple as possible to navigate. With this latest release, it will be even easier to connect with our support team inside of Drata. When you sign on, you will now see “Drata Live” in the upper right hand corner. From there you can select if you have a general question or a specific compliance question and get routed to the right team member!
Automatically Pull In Jira Tickets With JQL Support
Many customers have told us that they need more customization when pulling in information to Drata from Jira. With this latest enhancement to our Jira integration, you can input a string of JQL (Jira Query Support) that Drata will use to identify security related tickets in your Jira account. When you select JQL, Drata will automatically pull in security related tickets from Jira to Drata allowing you to have the flexibility in finding your Jira tickets!
