Edit a DCF control

You now have the ability to edit a standard DCF control within the Drata interface. You may want to edit a DCF control to make the information more relevant to your needs, or you may want to update the information in a control you created. Whatever the reason, Drata gives you the ability to edit control information for both templated DCF controls and your custom controls.

You are able to edit all required and optional fields:

• Control Name — required

• Control Code — required*

• Control Description — required

• Control Question — optional

• Control Activities — optional

*NOTE: 'Control Code' is only editable on controls you created, you cannot edit the code for DCF controls.
