Drata now includes detailed test findings in Jira tickets, making it easier for engineering teams to take action without needing direct access to Drata.
What’s New
Findings CSV included: If a Drata test has findings, a CSV is attached to both manually generated and automatically generated tickets.
Auto ticket content: Automatically created tickets now include a templated description of the failing test and remediation instructions.
Notes
Drata will not attach the findings CSV if the total size of all ticket attachments exceeds 100MB, which is the current size limit for Jira ticket attachments.
