Multiple Artifacts & Multi-File Upload for Evidence Library

This feature is available in the New Experience only.

Multiple Artifacts & Multi-File Upload for Evidence Library lets customers upload several files, URLs, or tickets in a single session and keep more than one artifact as current evidence at the same time. This removes the need to zip files together or upload artifacts one by one when a single piece of evidence requires multiple proof points. 

What's New

• Multi-file upload: Select and upload multiple files, URLs, or tickets in a single session.

• Multiple current artifacts: Evidence items can now hold more than one current artifact at a time.

• Full control over current vs. past: Adding a new artifact no longer automatically bumps existing ones to the past. Customers decide what's current vs. archived.

• Delete current artifacts: Customers can now delete current artifacts directly.
