Multiple Risk Registers and Workspace Support

Multiple Risk Registers and Workspace Support are now generally available in the new Drata experience. Together, these capabilities give customers more flexibility to organize risk management by business structure and extend risk workflows across workspaces.

What’s New

• Create, update, and delete up to 100 risk registers

• Move risks between registers individually or in bulk

• New Risk Register Owner role to manage or view risks within designated registers

• Risk Insights dashboard rolls up across accessible registers, with per-register filtering

• Associate a register to zero, one, or many workspaces

• Map controls from any workspace associated with a register

• Workspace Managers automatically get access to the registers associated with their workspace

• New All Risks aggregate table provides a unified view across accessible workspaces and registers

• Not available on Risk Management Standard

• Workspace Support requires the Workspaces entitlement

• Risk management across workspaces is managed within the Risk section and is not governed by the workspace dropdown in the top-left corner of the app
