Zoho People Connection

You can now connect Zoho People, a popular international HRIS, to Drata!

This integration helps you pull source-of-truth data on personnel employment status and dates—just like any other HRIS integration in Drata. Learn more at Connect your HRIS to Drata.

Zoho Desk Connection

You can now connect Zoho Desk, a widely used international customer support platform, to Drata! With this integration, you can create and manage Zoho Desk tickets directly from Drata.  Learn more at Zoho Desk Connection

Here are some of the highlights:

  • Supports two-way ticket sync: Create, update, and manage tickets within Drata.

  • Keeps teams in their existing workflows while supporting strong vulnerability management practices.

  • Ticket links persist across reconnections—no lost context if a connection drops or resets.

Note: This integration currently supports two-way ticket syncing only. It does not yet support evidence collection for test 26 (security tickets are prioritized).
