Following the launch of SafeBase Trust Library Search, SafeBase is excited to introduce a new way to get answers even faster, directly in Slack. You can now use the /safebase-ask-ai [your question] command to get instant responses from your Trust Library in SafeBase.
A few things to know:
This feature is available to customers on a paid SafeBase plan
Your SafeBase Slack integration must be configured to use this feature.
If your organization has multiple products, the Slackbot will prompt you to choose one before answering, similar to AIQA.
