Salesforce (SFDC) Integration for Trust Center
Note: This feature is available for Trust Center Pro users.
We are excited to announce the integration of Salesforce within Trust Center, enabling a more streamlined document request process. With this update, you can eliminate manual approvals by fully automating private document requests. Key benefits include:
NDA validation through SFDC: Drata can now search and verify for NDAs within Salesforce.
Enhanced requestor information: The Request Details section has been updated to automatically pull key information from Salesforce, providing better context during the document request process.
Automated document requests: If a requester is associated with an account/opportunity in Salesforce and has an executed NDA, the document request process can be fully automated. In cases where there are issues connecting to SFDC, we will automatically revert to the original NDA selection, ensuring uninterrupted document access.

NDA requirement for document access requests in Trust Center
You now have the option to choose whether or not to require an NDA for private document access requests.

Evidence Guidance for ISO 27001:2022 and SOC 2
For customers with ISO 27001:2022 or SOC 2, Evidence Guidance offers pre-populated evidence that is pre-mapped to your controls. Additionally, you can create evidence, assign an owner, and map it to a control without needing to upload an artifact immediately. This allows a compliance manager to delegate manual evidence tasks out to their team, and the control does not need to be marked ready until all evidence is fulfilled with an artifact.

AA Custom Test Builder
Selecting a specific resource when building a custom test can be challenging. Now, you can now specify the service, which filters resources based on your selection, providing more precision during the test creation process.
