Add custom fields to Personnel
We have extended custom fields to Personnel, allowing customers to add their own metadata to Personnel details. Now, you can centralize personnel data, including employee ID, job description, and manager details, within Drata. Custom fields are also added to the Personnel Compliance Overview report (PDF) and the Compliance overview downloads (CSV) for easy import to third-party applications. Control owner notifications
Stay informed with notifications through email, Slack, and MS Teams when new evidence is added or updated to your controls. Admins can configure control updates for Slack and MS Teams, while control owners can enable email notifications to receive all of the control updates. This highly requested feature ensures you never miss an important update, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of monitoring control evidence. Code as Compliance (CaC) pipelines
Introducing CaC Pipelines! You can now integrate Drata with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions to control non-compliant infrastructure code changes before they reach production. This optional feature is available for customers using GitHub Actions. With Drata, achieve stronger compliance control and prevent non-compliant code from ever reaching your production environment.
Code as Compliance (CaC) enhanced exclusions
Create exclusions for your CaC tests and prevent the creation of pull requests for excluded findings. This feature reduces noise, allowing customers to focus only on relevant findings.
Improvements
Decimal values in custom fields
You can now use decimal values in custom number fields, enabling accurate percentage calculations within custom formulas and improving data management in CSV downloads.
Asynchronous downloads in risk
Initiate downloads and continue your workflow, receiving alerts when downloads are ready. This feature ensures accurate data by allowing custom formulas to complete calculations before generating the downloads.
