Streamline all of your ticketing providers into Drata

Oftentimes, you might be using multiple ticketing providers in order to manage your compliance. With Drata, you can connect multiple ticketing providers with write access to select that desired ticketing provider to create tickets in Drata. 

Enable write access to these following connections to use this feature in Drata: Jira, Asana, Gitlab, Servicenow, Freshservice, Freshdesk, Aha, Zendesk, Height, Hive, Teamwork, Basecamp, Bitbucket, and Wrike.

Revamped Google Workspace integration

Google Workspace, an Identity Provider (IdP) connection, is one of the first integrations you can make in Drata. This allows us to monitor compliance for individuals within your organization. Now, we have a more streamlined workflow to simplify customized synchronization processes. Streamline your access reviews effortlessly in Drata. The newly available connections are Attio, Ashby, Contentful, Klaviyo, Lastpass, Leapsome, Oracle HCM, Pinpoint, Pipedrive, Recruitee, WebEx, Workable, Zelt, Bitwarden, Salesloft, Dixa, Freshsales, Canva, and Greenhouse.

Released the latest updates to SOC2 and ISO 27001:2022 frameworks

Drata strives to deliver without disrupting your compliance programs or your compliance readiness. Stay up to date with the newest updates for SOC2 & ISO 27001:2022 frameworks. We assessed the DCF library and the control mappings for these frameworks and updated the requirements for these frameworks. The ISMS plan, which is often aligned with international standards such as ISO 27001, requires additional language requirements, therefore we updated Drata’s policy template.
