Most Requested Features

Enhanced Risk assessment and Risk management

Note about onboarding flow for Risk Assessment: The new onboarding flow for risk assessment remains functional, with one important change—risks are now copied from the library to the register rather than being moved.

We’ve made significant improvements to the way risks are managed in Drata. These updates simplify the process of managing, archiving, and deleting risks.

  • Copy risks from the Library to the Register: Instead of moving risks from the library to the register, you can now copy them over. This allows you to reference and reuse risks more easily.

  • Utilize our new Risk Library tab: Drata created a dedicated risk library tab, providing an organized and easy way to manage your risks and view available risks.

  • Archive your risks: Archive your risks while still retaining records for future references if needed. Archived risks are automatically filtered out of insights.

  • Delete your risks with a library of backups: Now, you can delete your risks with a peace of mind knowing you have a spare copy in your Risk Library.

  • View risk details within our enhanced Risk table: The risk table now has a column of all the standard Drata risk data.

Latest Improvements

Assets page

We’ve updated the instructions shown on the Assets page when you first visit or have no assets. You will no longer be directed to navigate to the Policy Center to add assets, as policies are no longer classified as assets. This update offers clearer guidance, making it easier for you to manage your assets without extra steps.

Enhanced messaging for Custom Fields

If you enter an incorrect value or leave a required field blank, Drata will automatically scroll to the exact location of the error, helping you quickly identify and fix the issue.
